Growing Up!!

Our babies are growing up. Today I put away some more baby things (like swings and bouncers). It is bitter sweet because I love the sweet, newborn and little baby stages when their personalities begin to show, but now they are so full of life and I love watching learn new skills. They are both so sweet and we love them so much.

Last year we got the bulk of our yard put in but we still have a little more to do. Yesterday Ky and I tackled the flower beds and put down bark. Here are a couple before and afters. It looks so much better, but I still can't wait until we are fully done!!!

Seriously, who wouldn't love being these three cute kids mom?

I swear I have the three best kids in the world. I'm totally enjoying being a stay at home mom with them right now! I don't don't want to miss a minute with them. Don't get me wrong I often have moments that are CRAZY! and not so good, but overall I think being a mom is awesome! This year I loved being woke up with Kynnady saying "Happy Mother's Day, you are the best mom in the whole wide world." I also loved hearing her sing in sacrament meeting. She did an awesome job.


This year I'm again thankful to my mom and Chris for all they do for us! We couldn't ask for better. And thanks Ky and the kids for spoiling me :)

7 months

I don't remember time ever passing as quickly as it is now. We are at the 7 month mark with the twins. They are continuing to grow and change daily. Porter now has his 2 bottom teeth coming in. He has been an angel. They both are scooching on their bellies and I think they will be crawling before long-and I'm not quite sure how I'm going to handle that :) They are such great kids. We are so blessed!

Porter has a tooth!

I was a little surprised this morning to find a that Porter has a tooth. We are pretty lucky that he has been so good that we didn't even know he was teething. No teeth yet for Harper, but by the looks of things it shouldn't be too long. I'll have to get some pictures and get them posted soon!

Camp Daddy

So I really think Ky is the BEST dad in the world. He has been sooo busy with work this year working extra long hours and has only taken a few days off, but he always makes us feel special and makes the most of his time with us when he is home. Kynnady has always been a daddy's girl and from the fun they had last night you could probably see why.

They cooked hot dogs and marshmallows around the fire
and had a backyard camp out.









It was so sweet-she called me before bed to tell me how much fun she was having and that her daddy was the best and he was going to protect through out the night.

A few days before that he also helped her fly her kite she got for Easter.
